I love this company. From Robert who answered my call, to John who helped me move my car, and now my house policy. Not only do they save me money, but they got me a better policy and keep the frustration away. This company and its crew are very profesional, attentive, and know what they are doing. You truly feel like they have your back, and best interest in mind. I had been with Greater Florida Insurance before, when I had lived in the Fort Myers, Cape Coral area. But when I moved near the Orlando area, I was unaware that they could cover this area too. I wish I had checked. I’ve been dealing with the worst companies, for the past two years, and was longing to be back with them. I’m so glad I made the call. (Two/Three hurricanes later, and two years of driving with the Mad Max crowd. No claims) Knock on wood. I’m still not sure I’ll be changing the house insurance company. I’ve had no problems with them. But, I’ll be changing broker’s for sure. Thank you John, Robert and Staff! 😊 By the way, I was referred by a friend to them.

Over the weekend I had an issue with DMV about my insurance that I contacted Teresa at Great Florida Insurance about this morning. Teresa immediately got with DMV sending them proof of insurance for the last 7 years which cleared up the mistaken DMV issue within approximately an hour. Thanks so much to Teresa for knowing exactly how to resolve this issue and for taking the time to get it done so quickly!!

I first discovered Brians office with Great Florida about 21 years ago! They are by far one of the easiest, and hard working team of people to work with for ALL your insurance needs. I've never had an easier experience quoting, comparing, and binding policies before - Rob was on top of everything from the start and was able to find the same coverage I had on a non-renewing policy with a lower premium (and a better carrier). Ricardo was such a cool guy, we had quite the blast talking. I came in not expecting much since I have little to no income, and he helped me anyway. We had a great time talking about the amazing endless macaroni at the Olive Garden and my favorite band Wheezer who sings that song about wrestling with Jimmy. I was not there that long, only about an hour which is a shame because talking to Ricardo was so enthralling. Might I add that he is quite good-looking too, so I tried asking him to go get a pint with me, but he declined. I figured as much, but it never hurts to ask. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone going to GreatFlorida Insurance ask for Ricardo.
